What services do you provide for schools?

We don't just offer princesses, we are also friends with a famous, blonde pop star, superheroes,
and video game characters! We are always looking to add more friends to our family!

Depending on the event and circumstances, the school is able to choose whichever services they would like! During the holidays, we volunteer to visit a handful of elementary schools before the break! That includes story-time and sing-a-longs! 

Is it okay if I don't want a singing performance?

Does your business participate in volunteer events?

Absolutely! We have performers that are not singers, and of course we can simply not include a sing-a-long. There are so many other options to add to your special day! 

Yes, we do!! We occasionally run our own fundraising events, and would be more than happy to come and be apart of yours! 
We do not charge anything to appear at your fundraiser, either!

What is the preferred method 
​of pay?

Whatever is most comfortable with you, truly!
While online payments can be more convenient, we 
accept cash as well.

​​What is your cancellation and or rescheduling policy?

If you have to cancel your event, your deposit will not be refunded, unless there is conversation that needs to be had. Instead of cancelling, you can reschedule and your initial deposit would cover for the new date! Given the circumstances, if you cancel within 24 hours of your event, half of your total will be your cancellation fee.
